Mairi has been good. She's stayed out to say hello to everyone, she's given the other children little gifts because she is totally going to be a hobbit when she compiles up, she's not gotten into the cake before it's cut, she hasn't even gone for the pinata yet.

There's too many people between her and it for her to just run, so she hops into the air. Quick as a link, she flits off towards it, ignoring Hack and Slash's dismayed yelps. They know how to find her!
